Privacy Policy

Overview

BlessingsWale ("we", "us") भक्ति वाला स्टेटस बनाने और शेयर करने का mobile app देता है। इस policy में बताया गया है कि app और यह website कौन सी जानकारी लेते हैं, उसका इस्तेमाल कैसे होता है, और आपके पास क्या choices हैं। App इस्तेमाल करने का मतलब है आप इस policy से सहमत हैं।

हम कौन सी जानकारी लेते हैं

  • Display name — Onboarding में आप नाम डाल सकते हैं। यह आपके डिवाइस पर रहता है और creations को personalize करने के लिए इस्तेमाल होता है। Account या password नहीं चाहिए।
  • Profile photo — Optional। Gallery या camera से फोटो चुनें तो वह editor के लिए डिवाइस पर locally store होती है।
  • आपके बनाए photos और media — App में बने images और videos आपके डिवाइस पर process होते हैं। Save या share करने पर content gallery में जा सकता है, या आपके चुने app (जैसे WhatsApp) को मिल सकता है।
  • App preferences — भाषा, favorites और editor settings डिवाइस पर locally store होते हैं।
  • Random identifier — App एक random identifier बनाता है, डिवाइस पर रखता है, और templates व stickers fetch करते समय भेजता है। इससे abuse और rate limiting रुकते हैं। इससे personal account नहीं बनता, और यह आपके hardware serial number नहीं है।
  • Advertising — App Google AdMob से ads दिखाता है। AdMob और उसके partners ads दिखाने और measure करने के लिए device identifiers (जैसे advertising ID), IP address और interaction data ले सकते हैं — Google की policies के अनुसार।
  • Analytics — हम Firebase Analytics से देखते हैं कि features कैसे इस्तेमाल होते हैं (जैसे कौन से screens या export)। Events में आपका display name या photos नहीं जाते।

जानकारी का इस्तेमाल

  • Core app features देना (templates, editor, export, share)।
  • Servers से template और sticker content भेजना।
  • Scraping और abuse से बचाना (rate limits)।
  • Ads दिखाना और measure करना।
  • Feature usage समझना और product सुधारना (analytics)।

डिवाइस पर क्या रहता है

आपका display name, optional profile photo, favorites, अपने टेम्पलेट वाले photos, और ज़्यादातर editor data डिवाइस पर रहते हैं — जब तक आप किसी और app पर शेयर न करें या gallery में सेव न करें। अभी app में user login नहीं है।

Third-party services

हम भरोसेमंद providers इस्तेमाल करते हैं, जो अपनी policies के तहत data process करते हैं:

  • Google AdMob — Google Privacy Policy
  • Google Firebase Analytics — Google Privacy Policy
  • Cloudflare — हमारी content delivery infrastructure host करता है।
  • Share targets — Share पर टैप करने पर आपका चुना app (WhatsApp वगैरह) exported file अपनी policy के तहत पाता है।

Ad consent

जिन regions में consent चाहिए (जैसे EEA, UK और Switzerland), app पूछ सकता है कि personalized ads के लिए आपका data कैसे इस्तेमाल हो। बाद में बदलने या वापस लेने के लिए app → Settings → Privacy options खोलें। वहीं choices देख सकते हैं और consent message फिर से देख सकते हैं।

Permissions

Android app को templates और stickers लोड करने के लिए internet चाहिए। Photos/media (optional profile और editor images) और storage/gallery (exports सेव करने) की permission भी माँग सकता है। System settings में optional permissions बंद करने पर वे features सीमित हो सकते हैं।

बच्चे

यह app 13 साल से छोटे बच्चों के लिए नहीं है। हम जानबूझकर बच्चों की personal information नहीं लेते। अगर लगता है किसी बच्चे ने हमें जानकारी दी है, तो contact करें — हम सही कदम उठाएँगे।

Data retention और deletion

डिवाइस पर data तब तक रहता है जब तक आप app storage clear न करें या uninstall न करें। Server-side rate-limit keys (IP और device identifier से) थोड़े समय का operational data हैं। हमारी services से जुड़ी जानकारी हटाने में मदद के लिए blessingswale.support@gmail.com पर email करें।

Security

Template और sticker downloads HTTPS पर होते हैं। Transit में data की सुरक्षा के लिए हम उचित safeguards रखते हैं।

आपके अपने टेम्पलेट

App में अपना फोटो टेम्पलेट की तरह जोड़ सकते हैं। ये images डिवाइस पर रहती हैं, हमारे servers पर upload नहीं होतीं।

जो फोटो आप जोड़ते हैं, और उससे बना या शेयर किया स्टेटस, उसकी जिम्मेदारी आपकी है। इस feature का इस्तेमाल सम्मान से करें। किसी व्यक्ति, समुदाय, धर्म या देवता का अपमान करने वाला, illegal, hateful या गलत content न जोड़ें और न शेयर करें।

BlessingsWale आपके जोड़े photos को review नहीं करता। User-added images या उनके इस्तेमाल/शेयर की जिम्मेदारी हमारी नहीं है।

Changes

हम यह policy अपडेट कर सकते हैं। ऊपर की "Last updated" तारीख बदल जाएगी। बदलाव के बाद app इस्तेमाल करने का मतलब है आप नई policy मानते हैं।
